I was at a playground with the kids this weekend and I thought, “I wonder if I can climb up 20 feet on that rope and touch the top?” I did it, quite to my own surprise! 

  1. It made me realize I was not as out of shape as I thought I was.
  2. It made me realize I want to stay in shape!
  3. It reminded me that you never know what you can do until you try.
