200lbs for the first time in my life. Unacceptable.
Most of my life I’ve been a 165 to 170 lb guy. In my 40s that changed to 180–190 pounds. Yesterday I crossed a line I never thought I’d see. Time to change.

Last week, every time I picked Daniel up on the playground, he told me the older boys and girls were making snakes. One day they gave him one and put a huge smile on his face!

Starbucks new Google Wifi
This new service just showed up at our local Starbucks. In the past the wifi was much slower than the 4G cellular data. This is a great improvement.

Last week at the beach, we went to the zoo (twice). Each time we asked the kids what their favorite animal was at the zoo. Boys will be boys!

Every now and then I find in Danie’ls little box score drawing that just makes me smile. I love how inspired and creative their little imaginations are at this age.
Last day at the beach
We’ve enjoyed an amazing vacation this year at Kure Beach, NC. The kids and Kristen have had a wonderful time. I’ll post pictures later this week. Headed home today.
